Robbie Allmon, Owner/Lead Instructor

Robbie Allmon is a professional consultant and instructor providing training to law enforcement agencies across the United States. Rob’s professional experience consists of serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, where he was instilled with strict Corps values; Honor, Courage, and Commitment. These values are still the foundation of his personal and professional character.
In addition to his military career, Rob has served over 12 years as a Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Texas. While in Law Enforcement, Rob obtained his Advanced Peace Officer license, served as the Team Leader of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit, a member of a Special Operations and Response Team (SORT), Firearms Instructor, TCOLE Instructor, and Field Training Officer (FTO) among many others.
Rob left Law Enforcement full time to pursue other ventures where he worked stateside as well as overseas as a Security Specialist Contractor. While in this capacity he held many assignments ranging from Executive Protection to becoming the Team Lead of a Special Response team in Afghanistan.
From 2013 through 2015 Rob worked as the Training Coordinator and Lead Instructor for a private training facility where he developed all of the training doctrines and programs. His clientele consisted of Law Enforcement Officers certifying them in developing a Force on Force/Reality Based training program for their agencies in addition to the many other LE courses he developed.
In July 2015, Rob launched P2 Concepts, LLC where he continues to provide training for Law Enforcement while adding Military and Private Security to his scope of services. His curriculum is based on effective tactics and techniques that are principle based and focus on proven and practical concepts for real world situations.

Natalie Allmon, Owner / Training Coordinator / Client Services

With 10+ years in law enforcement and climbing the ranks to Sergeant, Natalie left law enforcement full time and became a mother. This is where she discovered one of the most precious gifts in life – family, and her most valued role – motherhood. She often relies on one of her favorite quotes, “No other success can compensate for failure in the home” to realign her priorities and keep her grounded.
Following her law enforcement career, Natalie began working for Mothers Against Drunk Driving as the National Field Fundraising Coordinator. During her tenure at MADD she learned to harness her creativity and hone her fundraising, marketing, social media, and writing skills.
Also during this time, Natalie and her husband started a tactical training company that incorporates reality based training utilizing live fire as well as non-lethal training munitions. With law enforcement as their target audience, Natalie utilizes her previous law enforcement experience coupled with her marketing experience in her role as the Training Coordinator/Client Services.
Natalie continues to utilize her fundraising, writing, networking, and strong interpersonal persuasive skills to attract internal and external constituents. By embracing the core values like commitment, honesty, and integrity she has built a stellar reputation, consistently setting the bar high and exceeding all expectations.

Kevin Rogers / Instructor

A Master Peace Officer with over 15 years of Law Enforcement experience including as a SWAT breacher / entry member, instructor, patrol supervisor and regional academy director. During his tenure as the academy director, he revamped the tactics and skills training, improved overall academic scores and increased both enrollment and pass rates for cadets. He was fortunate enough to travel the country teaching and working with local and state law enforcement while teaching grant funded programs such as ALERRT. Additionally he has worked with several large agencies developing new training programs and standards for their individual agency needs. As an instructor, Kevin has specialized in building training material & courses that not only improves student performance but leaves them with the foundation & tools to improve on their own. This crucial piece is what he often finds missing in Law Enforcement training across the board as students sometimes lack the knowledge on HOW to improve. Much of his course material and subjects are built with a proactive focus on currently unaddressed or future threats. It is his belief that the only measure of an instructor is the success of his students.
