With the increasing popularity of red dot systems on pistols, an instructor development course has been created for officers to train their departments in the proper techniques for utilizing an RDS on duty pistols. This course enables instructors to gain a deeper understanding of shooting fundamentals and their application with an RDS, while also enhancing the knowledge and confidence of officers in their shooting abilities.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current Law Enforcement, Military, Government Credentials
- Firearms Instructor Certification preferred, but not required
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must be able to participate in intensive training
- Must not have any medical restrictions
