OPERATIONS PLANNING
An operations plan is a blueprint for a successful mission. Most are put in charge and are responsible for coming up with a plan, documenting the plan, and executing the plan, but have never been properly trained on how to do so. This course is for the administrators, commanders, supervisors, or team leaders tasked with planning, decision-making, and leading others in various situations. Just a few of the topics that will be covered in this course are:
-
The importance of an operations plan
-
How to properly develop an operations plan for various situations
-
The difference between a strategic mindset and a tactical mindset
-
How to gather and process intel
-
How to conduct and document pre ops and post ops procedures
Attendees will be evaluated by developing and executing operation plans for various situations through reality-based training scenarios. This course will prepare you for when that next call comes in and you find yourself in charge. Upon completion, you will have a better understanding and will be able to, and without hesitation, develop and implement a plan that will lead to the success of your operations.
