Tactical Team Leader Development
TACTICAL TEAM LEADER
This course is designed for the operators responsible for overseeing the training and overall team deployments. Topics will focus on pre-incident training, planning, organizing, and tactical decision-making process utilized in tactical operations. Also included in course topics are previous tactical incident reviews, selection and testing process, training issues and liability and national SWAT standards.
Operators will be tested through practical applications utilizing group discussions and exercises, as well as force on force scenario training.
