DETAILS
This three-day, performance-based training course is designed to enhance the capabilities of patrol officers operating in high-risk environments. The course integrates live-fire firearms proficiency, small-team tactics, and close-quarters battle (CQB) fundamentals with a strong emphasis on decision-making, communication, and officer safety. Participants will progress from individual firearm handling and movement skills to teambased room entry techniques and scenario-driven problem solving. Training reflects the realities of patrol operations, including limited manpower (1–3 officer response), dynamic and deliberate entry considerations, and operations in reduced lighting conditions. Officers will be challenged to apply critical thinking under stress, make legally sound useof-force decisions, and operate effectively in both solo and team environments. Instruction combines structured drills, live-fire exercises, and scenario-based training to ensure skill development and real-world application.
